Mystery Box presents it's first feature length Documentary in Ultra HD. James Lawrence is currently attempting 50 Ultra distance Triathlons in 50 consecutive days in each of the United States. To be clear, James is doing a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike ride, and 26.2 mile run, every single day. The marathon of mega-marathons kicks off June 6 at midnight in Kauai, Hawaii, and concludes July 25 in the native Utahan’s home state. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the events, and his races are posted publicly on his site: www.ironcowboy.co.
Dubbed the “Iron Cowboy” for wearing vibrant colored cowboy hats during his triathlon competitions over the years, Lawrence said he’s already broken two world records. So why not break another?
"“We are being told it’s impossible," he said. "I was told by doctors and physicians I’m going to die. I'm not delusional to the fact that we are taking some risks, but I've also assembled an unbelievable team to mitigate those risks. We are taking every precaution that we can. We've been meticulous with our preparations."
James is currently on the road each day powering through each race. Follow our journey on the road with him through Twitter and Instagram:
