The 1979–80 All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship was the 10th staging of the All-Ireland Senior Club Hurling Championship, an inter-county knockout competition for Ireland's top championship clubs representing each county. The championship was won by Castlegar of Galway, who beat McQuillans-Ballycastle of Antrim by 1–11 to 1–8 in the final.1
