The Commonwealth Heads of Government (CHOG) is the collective name for the leaders of the nations with membership in the Commonwealth of Nations. They are invited to attend Commonwealth Heads of Government Meetings every two years, with most countries being represented by either their Head of Government or their Head of State.
Note that Fiji is currently suspended from the Commonwealth, as Prime Minister Frank Bainimarama came to power in a military coup in December 2006. Thus, Bainimarama does not attend CHOGM meetings.1
