The Social Democratic Party of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Bosnian: Socijaldemokratska Partija Bosne i Hercegovine, SDP BiH) is a multi-ethnic23 social-democratic political party in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The party is the successor of the League of Communists of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and was enlarged by the inclusion of the Socijaldemokrati BiH party to the original SDP.

The current president of the party is Bosniak Zlatko Lagumdžija, Bosnian foreign minister.4

In the 2010 legislative elections5 the party won:

In local (mayoral and city council) elections held on 7 October 2012 the party exceeded their own expectations.6
