Spiro Ksera

Spiro Ksera (Albanian: Spiro Ksera, Greek: Σπύρος Ξέρας, Spyros Xeras) is an Albanian politician of Greek ethnicity. He is the current 'Minister of Labor, Social Affairs & Equal Opportunities' of Albania.1 He was initially member of the Greek minority's Unity for Human Rights Party but later became member of the Democratic Party of Albania.citation needed

Ksera was born in the town of Derviçan, in Dropull region and studied mechanical engineering in the University of Tirana. During the period 2005-2009 he was the prefect of Gjirokastër County, in southern Albania.2
