Noman Alam admitted in an ordinary school in Rahimyarkhan District when he was just 4 years old. His friends confirm that he was the youngest of their class fellows. When he was 8 he was admitted to an English medium school in Rahimyarkhan. He finished school with remarkable successes. He was popular in all his town because of his Urdu poetry he started to write at the age of just 7. After finishing school he went to the local Government college in Commerce faculty. In 2000 he migrated to Lahore with his family and here he finished his B.Sc. in Computing and Marketing with good marks. He is in Ukraine and is a current Distance Learning Student of Brigham Young University and doing a degree in Political Sciences.
Noman Alam started writing his poetry at the age of 7. He wrote for the a newspaper's children magazine "Bachoon Ka Jang". Although he was a good and famous poet in his school life but his poetry was not published officially.When he migrated to Lahore in 2000 he started to go for correction of his poetry to Amjad Islam Amjad, a famous Urdu poet and Pakistan's Embassador to various countries. At the end of 2002 Noman compiled his first book "Ab Khushboo Peecha Karti Hai (Now smell watches after you!)
Noman Alam is residing in Ukraine, since 2004. Another book of his "Dayar-e-Ghair se..." ("Far from Motherland") is compiled and is in process of publishing. Noman Alam is writing now a days an English book named "What I did in Ukraine?" which is not a poetry book but is Autobiography which reflects his relationships in Ukraine and Ukrainian Secret Services. Another of his comdey play is in progress named "I DO NOTHING!!" (Russian: МНЕ ДЕЛАТЬ НИЧЕГО!!)
He believes on formula of Self Help. He made many of his projects while in Pakistan. Some of them were sent to the Ministry of Health Punjab. A programe named "Stop Aids Society" which he launched in his hometown Rahimyarkhan was uncessfull just because of lack of finance. Another one against childlabour in Pakistan named "Ehsas" as well needed a lot of finances which he left before he flew for Kazakhstan in 2003.In Kazakhstan in 2004 he started a programme with the help of Kazakh students of Abai University "Brosai" which means "Leave it right now!" this was a programme against alchoholism in Kazakhstan. But unfortunately the same problems he saw in Kazakhstan with finances. He is an online volunteer for a Public Health Programme by UNDP running in Kyrgizistan.
