Ethnos (-ous, n.) est circulus hominum qui ipsi inter se per ligamina identificant? quae eos ab aliis circulis distinguunt. Quorum ligamina in proprietatibus phylis, culturae, linguae, et/aut religionis fundari possunt, quae obtutum plus minus porosum habere possunt. Scientia ethnon ethnologia appellatur.
